Ebony Emotions Mood Disorder Demographics Study
We invite you to participate in the Ebony Emotions Mood Disorder Demographics Study. This survey is for BIPOC individuals (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) who have been formally diagnosed with a mood or related mental health condition—including bipolar disorder, depression, or anxiety. Your responses will help us better understand the lived experiences, challenges, and realities of navigating mental health within our communities, with a continued focus on bipolar disorder. What to Expect: 100% anonymous Takes about 10 minutes Completely voluntary Why This Matters: There is limited data reflecting BIPOC experiences across mood disorders. This study aims to increase visibility, encourage dialogue, and support more culturally competent care. Results: Findings will be shared on March 30, 2027 (World Bipolar Day) as part of the Ebony Emotions Anniversary. Thank you for helping us unmask the diagnosis and rewrite the narrative.
