Ebony Emotions Mood Disorder Demographics Study
This survey is for BIPOC individuals (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) who have been formally diagnosed with a mood disorder, including bipolar disorder or depression. Your responses will help us better understand the lived experiences of navigating mental health within our communities, with a continued focus on bipolar disorder. What to Expect: 100% anonymous Takes about 4 minutes Completely voluntary Why This Matters: There is limited data reflecting BIPOC experiences across mood disorders. This study aims to increase visibility, encourage dialogue, and support more culturally responsive mental health care. Results: Findings will be shared on March 30, 2027 (World Bipolar Day) as part of the Ebony Emotions Anniversary. Thank you for helping us unmask the diagnosis and rewrite the narrative.
